When a car begins pulling to the left, it may cause you to unintentionally drift into the median or into oncoming traffic. Causing the left tire to grip the road more. I would pull both calipers off.

Your car is pulling to left because the right caliper is not working. .left, the car wants to continue pulling left as i go down the road. When i brake, it get's slightly worse and spins the steering wheel a little if i let go while braking. Is there some setting i need to enable to stop this?
